In this video there is a clip of Ayatollah Qazvini talking about the ex-Shia Ayatollah Sayyed Abul Fazl Borqei (http://www.borqei.com/?q=en/life) Qomi.
He says Borqei was removed from the Hawza (in Qum where he was teaching) for disrespecting (refuting?) Grand Ayatollah Brojerdi. He says he had written around 35-36 books in defense of Shiism (when he was Shia) and wrote around 38-40 books in refutation of Shiism (later when he found the truth). He claims Borqei was doing all these to earn an income. He also says Shia scholars declared him an "apostate".

Can you put subtitles in the video? or Is there any English version of it?

Salam,
I am familiar with one or two of his works maybe, I don't know about the 30 others. He was clearly a high-ranking scholar and critic and he was assassinated from what I recall.
-
Walaikum Salam,
There was an assassination attempt on him - he was injured but survived.
@ Shahzaib
No brother there is no English version of it.

You're Iranian?
-
No.

If shitism is the 5th recognised madhab in Islam as shia love claim, how come leaving from one madhab of Islam to another madhab of Islam is considered apostasy?
Shitism, the biggest takfiri group in the world

Salam,
Thanks for clarifying. I have some books of Ayatollah Borqie but they are in Arabic and Persian. Is there any possible way to get them translated online, to English?
