If you would only take off your Saudi issued anti shia glasses, then you will realise that sheikh tusi was mostly talking about Fiqh matters. Secondly, even for arguments sake, let's suppose shia's disagree on everything (Fiqh and aqeeda), then this still doesn't justify your many Fiqh and aqeeda issues to such an extent that you do takfir upon each other. Therefore, I recommend you stop throwing stones if you are living in a glass house.
