Asalamualaikum to all.
Firstly apologies are in order from myself for not attending the last session that was organised.
I think many of us probably didn't turn up.
Listen up fellow bredrins this Zello idea reall took off a few months ago, and now very few people are logged in at all. Yes, many of us are occupied in our personal lives, but I humbly ask each, and everyone of you to bless us with your appearance next Sunday even for a short while.
I think many of us really started to connect, and bond for the first time. I think that's what one recipe that's been lacking this community for years. If you look at ShiaChat even though it's infested with confused souls, but they've developed a steady community over the years, and are now a well-oiled clique. Were the companions not united for most period during our tradition? Was togetherness not a key component of their religious success, and earned them recognition in the kalam of Allah? Did the Prophet (SAW) not urge his companions to remain united before his passing?
We're far away from them, but in small baby steps I'm sure we can achieve something special in our right. We already have to some extent with the number of ex-Shias patrolling these forums.
However, let's take strides further now respected brothers. We need to start off by getting to know each other on a personal level. By that, I don't mean we share our personal lives with anyone/everyone, but communicating more openly and freely - I think Zello is the ideal platform that helps achieve that.
Our Shia members, and anyone else are always free to welcome.
There's always chance to discuss anything else, so we don't attend on strictly sticking to one topic, but it'll be the main course.
Our Shia members, and anyone else are always free to welcome.
Vote, and see ya'all next Sunday, Insh'Allah.
