Abou Hourayra narrated that the messenger saws said:

"“There will come to the people years
of treachery (...) the Ruwaibidhah will decide matters.”
It was said

 'Who are the Ruwaibidhah?'

The Prophet replied:

 “Vile and
ignorant men who will speak in the affairs of the people.”

insh Allah I will bring the strong advice of Ibn Kathir about the convertion to Islam of westerners before the coming of Dajjal.

despite effort of rafida, Westeiners will become 'Bakri', like Tatars became 'bakri' as announced by the Messengers saw

Ps: Unfortunely I have not find specific hadith about the conversion to Islam of Persians...
