The scholars have said that the Yazidi's are kuffar and are not from ahlal kitab.
وأما عن الأكل من طعامهم فإنه لا يجوز الأكل من ذبائحهم، لأنهم ليسوا من أهل الكتاب
"As for eating from their food, it's not lawful to eat from their slaughter, because they are not from Ahlal Kitab"
A short 1 min clip explains the yazidi's perfectly here:

Salam this is from one of their books from a Yazeedi site which basically admits that they view shaytan(la) as one of their gods:
Quote
It came to pass that after some time God sent scorpions upon Muwiya, which bit him, causing his face to break out with poison. Physicians urged him to marry lest he die. Hearing this, he consented. They brought him an old woman, eighty years of age, in order that no child might be born. Muwiya knew his wife, and in the morning she appeared a woman of twenty-five, by the power of the great God. And she conceived and bore our god Yezid. But the foreign sects, ignorant of this fact, say that our god came from heaven, despised and driven out by the great God. For this reason they blaspheme him. In this they have erred. But we, the Yezidi sect, believe this not, for we know that he is one of the above-mentioned seven gods.

Notice that Yazid didn't consider himself a God, yet this `Iraqi sect attributed it to him. Similarly, `Iraqis attributed Imamah to Ja`far.

Jazakum Llahu kheyran for your answers.

So is it ok for people like DAESH to expel them from Iraq or to threaten them of killing if they don't go out ?

Peace be upon you,

Absolutely not, no one must kick anyone else from his house nor scare them, this is unacceptable. All `Iraqi citizens must feel safe and secure and be given all civilian rights declared in the `Iraqi constitution.

May Allah reward you for all your hard work Hani, however as muslims, we don't believe in the iraqi constitution. We follow the law of Allah sub7anahu wata3ala. I believe we must send a scholar to debate the shi'a/yazidi's and invite them to islam and those who refuse to repent from zandaqa and shirk will be fought against. Does the law of Allah allow rafidha/yazidi's in the lands of islam?

Sorry for getting political, but these are some important issues that need to be discussed.

The Prophet (saw) didn't go debate people and if he won the debate then he'd declare war on them, nor did Abu Bakr or `Umar or `Ali.

Ali(ra) sent ibn abbas(ra) to debate khawarij, 2/3 of them came back to correct aqeeda, the rest were fought against. Ibn taymiyyah(rah) says the Rafidha are more deserving of being fought against than the khawarij.

3ala kuli 7al -- I'm not going to say anything further. Keep doing what you guys do best, which is exposing shi'aism. I love the brothers on the forum and have benefited from you all in the past :)

Jazak-Allah Khayr bro,

Let's keep away from this political stuff and concentrate on much more important things that we can't read about anywhere else on the net hehe..

Assalamu Aleykum

I was asking this question because in a video, adnan ibraheem said daesh when they threaten yazidi to become muslim or to be fought, they are just applying muslim fiqh. I wanted to know if he was true or if he was mistaken.

I think you need to get to know and understand the law of Allah and his Messenger (pbuh) first. What is Kufr and who is a kafir, what is shirk and who is a Mushrik, what is rafidah and who is a rafidi etc, get to know this rather than following your own instincts and assumptions about who is what and who isn't.

As far as Yazidi are concerned go back in history and you will find that vast majority of the Muslims accepted Yazeed as Khalifatul Muslimeen and they either fought Hazrath Hussain (as) or stood by and allowed him to be slaughtered. What would your opinion be on all these Muslims??? They were all Yazidi at the time.

Yazidi accounts of creation differ from that of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. They believe that God first created Tawûsê Melek from his own (God's) illumination (Ronahî) and the other six archangels were created later. God ordered Tawûsê Melek not to bow to other beings. Then God created the other archangels and ordered them to bring him dust (Ax) from the Earth (Erd) and build the body of Adam. Then God gave life to Adam from his own breath and instructed all archangels to bow to Adam. The archangels obeyed except for Tawûsê Melek. In answer to God, Tawûsê Melek replied, "How can I submit to another being! I am from your illumination while Adam is made of dust." Then God praised him and made him the leader of all angels and his deputy on the Earth. (This probably furthers what some see as a connection to the Islamic Shaytan, as according to the Quran, he too refused to bow to Adam at God's command, though in this case it is seen as being a sign of Shaytan's sinful pride.) Hence the Yazidis believe that Tawûsê Melek is the representative of God on the face of the Earth and comes down to the Earth on the first Wednesday of Nisan (April). Yazidis hold that God created Tawûsê Melek on this day, and celebrate it as New Year's Day. Yazidis argue that the order to bow to Adam was only a test for Tawûsê Melek, since if God commands anything then it must happen. (Bibe, dibe). In other words, God could have made him submit to Adam, but gave Tawûsê Melek the choice as a test. They believe that their respect and praise for Tawûsê Melek is a way to acknowledge his majestic and sublime nature. This idea is called "Knowledge of the Sublime" (Zanista Ciwaniyê). Şêx Adî has observed the story of Tawûsê Melek and believed in him
The Yazidi holy books are claimed to be the Kitêba Cilwe (Book of Revelation) and the Mishefa Reş (Black Book)

Even if they aren't Ahlul-Kitab it isn't right for Sunni terrorists to kill them and rape them etc.

Disgusting.
