Here is Suyuti's history book online.

Tarikh Al Tabari you will have to buy from amazon. Also I purchased Ibn Khatir's book Al-Bidāya wa-n-nihāya as well.

Tareekh Dimashq is around 80 vols in the first edition. The new condensed edition is around 40.

So, if you want an English copy, you will have to wait around ten light years. ;p

I'm actually working on translating Shaykh Abu Zahra's Seerah on Imam Zayd, and you are right it takes light years. Once you hire a translator, in the beginning they work really quickly, and then they take many vacations. When you fire them they get upset.
In the end, the translators  in my experience expect you pay enough income to make a living. Then when you pay them that they want more and expect to live a luxurious life from the translation.
Then the other problem is if you hire inexperienced translators, they do a poor job and ask for more money.

Assalam alaikoum

I'm looking for Ibn Kathir's book. The book is no more available on Amazon.
I found it only on this website (al balagh), but it is located in the USA and I live in France, hence, shipping is quite expensive (more than 60% the book's cost)

Any idea to get the book in other places in Europe such as UK?
