The Muhijaren and Ansar

Assalmu Alakum,
I am talking with a Shia scholar he told me this, can someone explain these to me.

1. Why does Allah send verses talking about hypocrites in Surah Al ankaboot verse 11 and surah Al Madather. Both these are Meccan surahs. I thought we are to follow mujiharein and answar how is that Allah talks about hypocrites in the Meccan surahs?
2. Is abdallah ibn salool a mujiharein or ansar, if so, then doesn’t it mean the Shia explanation of hypocrites is correct. As in, there were hypocrites among the muhajiren and ansar and we therefore can’t follow ALL of them as per surah Tawbah verse 100 ?
