Imam ar-Ridha' (also Imam Reza, al-Riḍā) disassociates himself from the Shia and prays to Allah against them because they have exaggerated the status of Ahlul-Bait and claim for them things which Ahlul-Bait never claimed for themselves.

I feel sorry for Imam Al Mahdi. When he comes the 12ers will have high expectations from him, but then after they see him loving all Muslims without using taqiyyah, and not having the power they will expected him to have, the 12ers will be disappointed.
