Title: Iran Hoists Green Flag on The Shrine of Abu Lulu Feroz

The Description reads as :

A red flag was hoisted on the mosque Jamakran with the inscription "Ya Lisarat al-Hussein".
 But at the same time, the green flag has also been hoisted on the shrine of Hazrat Abu Lolo Feroz Rizwan Allaahi Ta'ala after a long time, which has the inscription "Fatimah Hujjatullah".
 The Mullah government is probably realizing that by annoying Moulayan Haider Karrar, it has done the damage to itself that tomorrow's loss is not even it's 10th or near it..

Is he referring to abu lulu as moulayan haider karrar?

nope, he's referring to Shia by Mawaliyan e Haider e Karrar, whereas refers Abu LuLu as Hazrat Abu Lolo Feroz Rizwan Ullahi Ta'ala..
