In this : People of Iraq used to speak ill of Uthman and they talked ill in the meeting of Sa’eed bin Amir so he wrote to Uthman and he replied back to sent them to Syria. When they Reached Muwaiyah in Syria he meet them nicely , greeted , honoured and then advices them. One of them abused in reply and then Rebelled because of Sin , Ignorance and Evil so Muwaiyah don’t allowed them to remain in Syria. They were 10 ; Kumail bin Ziyad , Astar AlNakh’i , Malik bin Yazeed , Alqama bin Qayas AlNakh’i , Thabit bin Zaid AlNakh’i , Jundub bin Zuhair AlAmiri , Jundub bin Qa’b AlAzdi , Urwah bin Ja’ed , Umroo bin Hamaq AlKhuza’i , Sos’atu bin Sohan and his brother Zayd bin Sohan and Ibn Kawa . Then they went towards Arab land and begun to live in Homs untill the Fitna arose which killed Uthman

It seems Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab, was wrong in listing the name/names, it seems he wasn't aware that Amr bin Al-Hamiq was a Sahabi. And the allegations against him were reported via Waqidi or Kalbi and they weren't reliable.

As for Zayd bin Sohan, then Shaykh Zubair Ali Za'ee deeming him Thiqa itself is a sign that he doesn't consider him to be a Sahabi. And sometimes,  we find that scholars mentioning that a person is Sahabi in passive form, which doesn’t entail certainty. For example we find Imam ibn al-Mulaqqin doing this for Abdur rahman ibn Muljim in passive form(ذُكر) which doesn’t entail certainity, in al-Tawdih li Sharh al-Jami’i al-Sahih, page 304 by ibn al-Mulaqqin.

Imam Ibn Katheer stated:  Some people say that there were some from the Sahaba who turned against Uthman(ra) and were pleased with the murder of Uthman(ra). This isn’t true even from one Sahabi. Whereas, all the Sahaba disliked it and they abused those who did it. [al-bidaya wa al-nihaya, vol 7, page 356].
