Does anyone know who this individual is? If you put his name in YouTube his speeches will appear, this guy loves barking, sounds like an undercover Shia Rafidhi, Allah knows best.

yes he is a controversial personality from faisalabad pakistan , u can find his lectures on his official website  al-keetab.com
