Title: Rafidi Social Media Polemics
Post by: Ibn Yahya on October 24, 2015, 09:27:19 PM
Being someone who used to take part in the stupid hashtags that seem to infest twitter, Instagram and Facebook around the time of Ashura, looking from a more calm and rational (in my opinion) perspective, I think it's disgusting how the Rawafid turn the tragic murder of the grandson of the Prophet into a trend on social media every year. These hashtags seem only to be concerned with getting Shi'ism attention and as they think more converts, however when people google "Ashura" this is what they'll see https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ashura&biw=1920&bih=963&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMIjtmb7N3byAIVBnIUCh3KFQlX

Good luck finding anyone who'll go near Shi'ism after seeing their horrific rituals

Hah. Yeah... As we've said before, no non-Muslim would ever buy this. It is a shock that Sunnis fall for such a thing that comes under the banner of "love for ahlulbayt".

They fall for the whole "they're not representative of us, they're extremists stuff". I question then why be part of a religion that inspires people to go to such extremes

Seems like the 'extremest' are in the majority: http://www.jafariyanews.com/articles/2k4/28feb_azadariverdicts.htm
