Sistani removed his fatwa concerning marriage?!

As salamu alaikum .
There are some strange fatwa regarding Muta'/Nikah with prostitues,non-Muslims,Budhists etc.
specially from Grand Ayatullat Sistani; as like-

السؤال: ما حکم الزواج المنقطع ببوذیة نطقت الشهادتین بغرض الزواج ثم عادت الی دینها بعد انقضاء مدة العقد؟
الجواب: الزواج صحيح ان لم یظهر منها ما یخالف الشهادتین.

Question (3): What is the ruling regarding Temporary Mutah Marriage from a Buddhist woman Who utters the Shahadah for the sake of this marriage and then returns to her original religion after the time of the Mutah contract ends?
Answer: This marriage is correct as long as she does nothing to contradict the Shahadah.

This fatwa isn't found in his main site- sistani.org

which can't be opened. says 404error

there are other marriage related fatwa here (http://www.dd-sunnah.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-83353.html) , the links provided can't be opened!

Did the authority of the website removed all these fatwa??

When I had a long thread on exposing scandalous Shia Fatwas I suffered because they keep changing links and even removing Fatwas at times. Roohani, Sistani and their likes do this often. Then we get accusations of photoshopping Fatwas by Internet heroes.
