was any one here when still shia more motivated by nouman ali khan, mufti ismail menks lectures, than sayed ammar nakshawani and hassanain rajabali or it didnt matter to you.

These personalities are not specialist when it come to sects. So the 12ers will listen to them having an impact on their current beliefs such as Imamate, tabarra, Tareek, fiqh etc..

I don't know any popular Shia speakers except the two you mentioned, so I'd assume either Shia never listen to any other lectures or that they listen to the other speakers who are all Sunni. Since Sunni speakers/lectures are usually not sectarian and do not contain any material offensive to Twelvers, they'd be ok with em.
