Ayatollat Khui authenticates Hadith in favor of the banning of Mutah

A few excuses:

1. Taqiyyah.

2. It was only banned specifically during the battle of Khaybar, because the Muslim soldiers were eating all the donkeys and running from the battle to do mut'a.

So Ayatollat Khui DID authenticate it? The only argument that could work is the one about taqiyyah.
Now to play tricks with my shia friends...

Bcoz all the muslim soldiers were doing mutah ! & was not running towards battle field to wage war, So mutah was banned ! Authenticated now.
