Asalamualaikum.

I'm thinking about getting this book to read at home with family, but I wanted to clarify was every Hadith that Imam Nawai (RA) include in this book authentic, or sound? Are there any weak narrations?

There are weak hadith in it but not many.
If you are teaching or studying it with your wife it will still take a long time to finish.
If it is with children then it may be too much.

They start with 40 nawawii hadith.
The there are other short book - not in English.

you should pick short books from each section.
aqeedah - fiqh - seerah - hadith etc. so you have a good foundation in all areas.
