Salam
There is a hadith that you can find all over the net, in tens of websites, both Arabic and English (inc. shiachat recently), which says:
"The position of Ali (A.S) amongst the people is like Surat Qul Hu Allahu Ahad in the Qur’an."
The sources given are:
Muslim, 1/48; Al-Tirmidhi, 2/299; Al-Nisa’i, 27; Musnad Ahmad, 6/299; Ibn Al-Maghazeli, 191.
I looked up those sources and I could only find it in Amr bin Abi Al Miqdam's hadith, which is a fabrication according to the editor.
No, this hadith is not in Muslim, Al Tirmithi, or Al Nasa'ee.
Are these people so desperate that they have decided to come up with false attributions to strengthen their belief?
The age of academic dishonesty is over. You will get caught if you fabricate material on the internet.

Let's see how long it takes them before any of them actually respond to the OP's question...

Their was a Shia a while back who 'quoted' Bukhari saying 'Umar believed 1/3 of the Quran is missing'. Checked Bukhari online and it couldn't be found, lol.
-
Lol bro Khaled, that's what I was thinking. =]

But, that's what they have been doing for 1000+ years :D

I really never got why some people do that. What could they possibly hope to gain from it.

Some guy on Shiachat posted this as a source, confirming what I said, which is that the hadith can be found in Ibn Al Maghazili's book:

Ironically, they were not aware that I have the same edition of the book, which states in the footnotes that the hadith is a fabrication:

Why are you cropping images ya Shias?!
Please post this on Shiachat to expose them.

So after getting scolded 8) I consulted Sheikh Google:

Hadith chain includes عمرو بن أبي المقدام 'Amru bin Abil Miqdaam.
He is a Rafidi narrator - so obviously rejected.

Nothing new. I've seen various instances of Shias attributing Shia books to Ahle Sunnah
