Shias claiming that shaykh Muhammad Al Arifi said the Prophet (saw) sold khamr!

I saw two or three vids like this one i will link right here claiming that shaykh Muhammad Al Arifi said the Prophet (saw) sold khamr. I know they are probably taking him out of context but can someone clarify what the truth of what he said was? did he actually say something like this? Barak Allah feekum
