Typical Shia Mistakes With Sunni Ahadith
« on: June 30, 2015, 03:07:59 AM »
Many times shia will quote a Sunni hadith saying it supports their beliefs when its actually destroys shiaism.

Let all of us submit one hadith per person as an example.

A shia said the following hadith supports their belief that Aisha RA has disobeyed Allah SWT and hence was His enemy.
http://sunnah.com/bukhari/92/51

Quote
Ammar RA said "....Allah has put you to test whether you obey Him (Allah) or her (`Aisha)."

But Ammar RA in that same hadith also destroyed shiaism by saying
Quote
"By Allah! She is the wife of your Prophet in this world and in the Hereafter."

Question for shia, will Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam not be in Paradise in the Hereafter? :D

Good thread. I guess the better title would be "Evidences that Shia use from Sunni books that actually backfires" or something.

You will find so much of these in Al Murajaat. Refutation coming soon to TSN.

Please pick and choose only the most used ahadith bro, to make the article brief & not too long. I think we all should suggest at least 1 example

narrated Sad
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said to 'Ali, "Will you not be pleased from this that you are to me like Aaron was to Moses?"

http://sunnah.com/bukhari/62/57

Shi'ah think this means Ali [r] should succeed the nabi , however it actually proves the opposite, since Haroon [a.s.] didnt succeed Musa. Therefore, since Ali [r] is like Haroon to the nabi , he wont succeed him, rather what the hadeeth is reffering to is a specific situation where he (Ali) was appointed to govern Medina while the nabi was away for one of the battles, just as Haroon was appointed over bani Isreal while Musa left for some time.

The Hadeeth however doesn't refer to khilafah. So the shi'ah use this for them but its actually against them.
