Philosophy of Ghayba in Quran.

مَا مَنَعَنَا أَنْ نُرْسِلَ بِالْآيَاتِ إِلَّا أَنْ كَذَّبَ بِهَا الْأَوَّلُونَ ۚ وَآتَيْنَا ثَمُودَ النَّاقَةَ مُبْصِرَةً فَظَلَمُوا بِهَا ۚ وَمَا نُرْسِلُ بِالْآيَاتِ إِلَّا تَخْوِيفًا

Nothing (ever) keeps Us from sending signs except that the first ones denied them. We gave Thamud the she-camel as an eye-opener, but they wronged her. We do not send the signs except to cause fear.

وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ۗ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُنْذِرٌ ۖ وَلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ

And the people who disbelieve say why is not a sign revealed regarding him from his Lord, You are only a warner and for every people there is a guide.


بَلْ قَالُوا أَضْغَاثُ أَحْلَامٍ بَلِ افْتَرَاهُ بَلْ هُوَ شَاعِرٌ فَلْيَأْتِنَا بِآيَةٍ كَمَا أُرْسِلَ الْأَوَّلُونَ

مَا آمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا ۖ أَفَهُمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۖ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ


Rather, they say confused visions/dreams rather he has forged it rather he is a poet so let him bring a sign likes those first ones were sent.
No one believed it from those nations we destroyed, will they believe?
And we did not send before you except men who revealed to therefore ask the family of the reminder if you do not know.



The first verse shows if ever God is not sending miracles, it's due first ones denying them. The second verse shows there is always a guide that can show miracles from God to prove he is a guide from God.  And the last verse is saying in context of them asking for miracles, go ahead ask the family of the reminder if you do not know.

We can see a combined understanding is that the family of the reminder are all capable of performing miracles and signs by God's permission.

However, if any time, the family of the reminder have no one among them in public and God is not sending miracles, is due to previous generations denying such miracles and proofs.

This essential proving if the miracles are not in public, something has gone wrong due to previous generations, and God out of his mercy and compassion to not destroy humanity has caused such signs no longer to be public. But as his guides have to perform miracles to prove their authority and that there is for every people a guide who can perform such miracles, this has proven the Imam in this age, in in ghayba, as there is no Imam in public performing miracles.

If the night covers the day

I swear by the holiness of the kings appointed by God
I swear by the unavenged blood split of them and their followers
The dark night veils the day
The day that always comes disaster be it may

I swear by the stars that manifest and then hide
It's always meant to stay
But God through his compassion
Returns us to night so we can take rest
Rest from the bright signs and clear proofs
In form of miracles and clear guidance that is best

If he did not do it, would anyone survived?
No surely not
He hides his kings
And their miracles cease temporarily
And people complain
Till the day brightens
Then war is waged again against the light

Day and Night
Night and Day
Alternating
Sometimes he sends signs
Other times he is prevented
When the first generations denies them

The Quran says
No night would occur
If the first generations would just accept miracles
But the successors
Try their best
And when their followers fail them
The night returns

But this night has been too long
Ugly is the injustice it has spread
longest of all nights
With tears of blood
We await his return
The last of the kings
The bright day is needed again

The terrible warnings
Have come about
In regards to the warnings of Quran
And we are not heading a good path
But the night cannot last forever
So what is going be our fate?

Terrible will be the fate of those warned
Yet ever mocking the promises
Heedless ignorant of what befell past nations
That opposed their Messengers

The Inevitable
What is the Inevitable?
And what will make you know the Inevitable?
Denied did Ad and Thamood the calamity!


I end with the beginning of Surah Haqah
But will anyone pay attention and be heedful?

Simple and Complicated

The religion of God is both simple and complex. Manifest and hidden. Both.

At the simplest form, it means guidance will come from God. In some form. That abstractly, it; is upon God to guide the way. This means there will be a religion from God in some form of guidance.  Much of Quran is arguing just that without even emphasizing on the details. Quran is multilayered in guidance, but the importance is we see how Quran goes into details of what this guidance is as well.

Now the details includes that God sends books through his Anbiya. Some people believe all we need is books from God particularly the Quran.

However, a detail analysis of Quran shows that is not enough.  In fact, the Quran is reminding of higher reality, that higher reality it reminds of is said both to be in ahadith Mohammad (S) and Ali (a) as well sometimes referred to as Welayat.

Unseen guidance is important, but if that's all Quran emphasized on, it would be similar to soothsaying religions where they contact unseen guides and entities with no proof and we are the mercy at people claiming to represent the higher unseen guides/angels/gods (there is only one God, but many term/ed them as gods).

Occultation has both a simple and complex explanation


The simple explanation is that God wants to reveal and send with signs in form of miracles at all times, but when first generations after the founder deny, they complicate the situation till God is prevented from sending signs for a reason.

That reason whatever it is, is not due to God not wanting to manifest the leader and show miracles, but that the situation, has caused it better for signs and miracles and the leader to become hidden.

Miracles as part of Complicated Explanation of occultation

There is one why such a manifest guide disappears from one angle, and then there is also why a hidden guide stays.

The reason why a hidden guide stays is because signs in form of miracles and guidance from a leader from God are meant to happen for believers and as a reward of praying to God frequently with hope and expectation of this guidance. 

The unseen light guidance is not a sufficient explanation because he could have made Imam Mahdi (a) just ascend to sky like Isa (a) but kept him on earth. The same is true of the reason of why God Elyas (a) is emphasized in the Gospels, it's because he took on the position of hidden guide and holy spirit leader during period between Isa (a) and Mohammad (s).

You can overcomplicate but the simplest explanation is that he meets believers eventually in some way and will show them eventually the miracles and increase them in signs.

In fact, it maybe sorcerers deviating like the Pharaoh opposing Musa (a) also see such signs but deny them all, as is the case of Iblis. Seeing either the performer of miracles as a sorcerer or possessed.

In fact, there maybe an army of friends of God that perform these miracles in this age, like the companion of Sulaiman (a). I know new age people who believe miracles are not signs and can be from dark evil sorcerers, and I know neo age type spirituality/religion that emphasize that Mohammad (s) was a sorcerer, same with Isa (a), same with Musa (a).

I've even heard testimony from such people that they witnessed such miracles from "evil" people and hence don't see them as signs. This maybe that friends taught by Imam Mahdi (A) like companion of Sulaiman (a) do such miracles and it's a sign of authority of God and a trial of who is thankful and who is not, for God's power in his friends from the Imam of time.

I'm saying in all this, even polytheistic new age pagans/wiccans many of them witness Imam Mahdi (a) miracles or one of his friends miracles, but oppose them. This is while Shia and Sunnis are bickering - there is a whole war being wage in unseen battle of who God's friends are in reality.

Part of the reason why afflictions have no amounted to the highest degree they can, is because of these friends of God, who put the enemies of God in their place and cause them to fear. We don't know everything behind the scenes, but magic of two types are going at it for sure, one truly powerful from God and another amounting to nothing but psychic illusions and spiritual call type afflictions from the dark sorcerers and their psychic calling which is but huffing and puffing. But have so much of it confirmed with propaganda and it seems the dark magic has overwhelmed the masses and blinded them.

Miracles are meant to say, and this why we say "O son of the Mujazatal Majwooda", the miracles are all acts of the Imam of time, whether Sulaiman (a) through his companion given knowledge of the book or Imam Mahdi (a) now waging war against the occult Magog who are followers of Gog through is friends.

It's sad that many Wiccans witness the Imam Mahdi (a) and fear his power and call him dark magic, but Muslims are unaware of the unseen battle, and can't even see that miracles are very important in Quran as on going way towards increasing certainty upon certainty.

Simon (a) and WF


That said, we need government and yes Imams from God are ideal for government. But Islam provided the solution in Quran for when there is occultation and ahadith emphasize on Simon (a) who is not a chosen leader from God, but never the less, appointed by Isa (a) and approved and supported by believers including the disciples.

Simon (a) is not alone, rejecting him is rejecting the disciples, the disciples where how God revealed the Gospels through Isa (a) to humanity. So rejecting them amounts to disbelieving in the Gospel.

Same with friends of God in this age.

That said, the church went astray when people worshiped the scholars and didn't hold them accountable and blindly followed them. This is where we need to be careful.

So in one sense Elyas (a) inherited the staff of Musa (a) ring of Sulaiman (a) and handed all that to Mohammad (s) and was the successor of Isa (a) was well his predecessor (since Elyas (a) was first before Isa (a) but came back down to take this role).

Another sense in practical social and political and religious need, it was Simon (a) who was successor. Quran emphasizes on Elyas (a) but ahadith on Simon (A). This is a calculation to keep guidance clear.

Simon (a) is foundation rock of Isa (a)

Islam is sacred and needs helpers. Even with Imams of Bani-Israel and revealed books with them, they could not win without enough supporters. It gets more complicated for sure, when Isa (a) disappears, but this where friends of God such as Simon (a) have to fill that void without overstepping their roles. The Quran limits the amount of Captains of Bani-Israel through covenant of Musa (a) to be Twelve. These are the ones God wanted them to follow and hold on to and picked and raised himself.  However, Quran shows true sages and scholars played a role in whatever guidance and judgment of God was to be implemented and they had a role in safeguarding the religion as well.

Khomeini (q) and Khamanei (h) are a foundation of Imam Mahdi (a) for sure in this age.  It does not meant they are right in everything they teach and say, but it means, they are a truthful foundation for believers to rally on and they are even more important than Simon (a) in this age.

This is not a permanent solution but just a way to carry enough of the flag through tribulations till Imam (a) returns and way to pave way for his return.



The number Twelve in Quran

If you acknowledge Ahlulbayt in this time, and in the past, and in all times, but don't see the emphasis of the number Twelve in this respect in Quran, you are simply doing it wrong.  Quran mentions everything significantly and calculatedly.  Sunnis want to downplay every verse which most of the Quran is devoted to explaining, about the importance of succession of not just one but many people to the founders such as Musa (a) and Mohammad (s).  They want to ignore the concept of Ahlulbayt in Quran almost all together.  It's similar for those who want to make up their own Ahlulbayt. They don't look to Quran to explain how God is going to provide clear proof for the proper Ahlulbayt and make it clear. The clarification lies in the number twelve.

The sacred acornyms - 14 of them

There are 14 of these.  This is not a coincidence. Each one of them if you understand the life of the Imam of that time, you will understand which one the sacred acornym refers to. It's also aside from Surahs a very subtle yet majestic way of organizing and dividing Quran. It can be said Quran is made "upright books" that are Imams of Ahlulbayt (a). This way of dividing Quran is very beyond human capability. Not only is it too much of coincidence but when you understand the content of the Surahs under each jurisdiction - and the emphasis and style of them, you will understand a miracle of how it compliments understanding each mission of the Imams of Ahlulbayt (A) especially if things go haywire and wrong and the people turn on their backs and oppose them.

This is one of the signs that Ahlulbayt (a) are from God and Quran is from God, but you have to really pay attention and reflect. 

The long delay


The inevitable reality (Al-Haqah) warned about is because God doesn't want to do with the world over all in the way he dealt with Ad and Thamood.

Contrary to what Shiites emphasize on, we don't know. We don't know if when Imam Mahdi (a) comes, will it be a mercy as Nuh (a) was originally meant as a relief, or it will become God's implementation of the warnings and wrath, with few believers.

God is delaying for perhaps people will awaken and strive and change the situation so that the world is prepared as much as possible for the Mahdi (a).

Because we know it was not the fault of Nuh (a) that his people were drowned nor God.

So we are trying to change the situation,.  The long delay is a mercy, but if disbelievers push God to action by oppressing believers and putting them in a very dire situation, it's upon God to deliver the believers and Mahdi (a) may appear in unfavorable situation for the world in this situation.

This is why we should not want to become victims but strive to defend ourselves, not be prosecuted or oppressed, and we need to severely warn disbelievers, that the consequences will be dire if they oppress believers and force God to deliver the believers from them, as that is a binding promise on him and a right he has given believers upon himself.

The Clarification to Ahlulbayt in Sunnah

There are many ahadith talking about the naming of all Twelve Successors from Mohammad (s). These are way more numerous, authentic in chain, and rational, then the few people quote about the little known nass among Shiite type ahadith.

In this matter, we have to hold on to what is clear over what is unclear. God always provides clear proof, and so we have to believe that Mohammad (s) clarified this matter with utmost clarification.

That clarification is in the naming of the Imams (a).
