Title: Salawat on the family of Mohammad.
Post by: Soccer on June 22, 2020, 06:06:19 PM

(1) The long version has an allusion to "the mercy of God, and his blessings are upon you o People of the House indeed you are Praiseworthy Majestic". Due to this, we come to know "Auli-Ibrahim" refers to "family of Abraham" and thus "auli-Mohammad" to the family of Mohammad.
(2) Aside from this, the way Quran has emphasized on chosen family in general, like 3:33, it is known, that this refers to the family of Mohammad (s).
(3) The Quran says to bless the Prophet, but that flows with Ayat Tatheer, and that flows with 33:6, and that flows with the whole theme that God attributes purity to who he pleases and not up to the people to do so, and that goes well with talk of chosen families and their chosen status in general.
(4) "Peace be upon the family of Yaseen" flows with the Surah before and the similar structure of the phrases to other Prophets in light of Suratal Yaseen, Suratal Saffat obviously linked to the previous Surah in that regard, and so the it being about Mohammad (s) becomes obvious, and blesses the family of Yaseen when blessing him, shows, the high status his family has with him. With remembering Salawat, the verses and Salawat in Salah emphasize on each other.
(5) It can be said every talk of chosen ones and family in this regard compliment the Sawalat in Salah and Salawat in Salah compliments the Quran in this regard,  this way they reinforce each other and keep each other meaning.  This is the nature of language being contextually based.
