Important points:

He says the important difference between Shia and Sunni is that you will not find leaders of Sunniism who believed in Tahrif Quran. He then says that that scholars of Najaf and Qom should gather and issue statement against Tahrif Quran. He asks why Najaf and Qom haven't done this yet? He says on other issues i.e. political, fiqhi etc and even on small matters leaders of Shia gathered and issued statements.

One possible reason, he thinks, that Shia scholars of Qom and Najaf haven't done this (issue statement against Tahrif Quran) is because it will not only question the books but also their authors . So to not disrespect these scholars (majlisi etc and their books) they haven't done it, says Haydari.
