Title: finding a quote in Shia-tafsir
Post by: Muhammad Tazin on September 15, 2016, 09:00:03 PM
I got a statement in a book(ash- SHia wa Masjid al-Aqsa pg22) claiming it's written in the Introduction of a Shia Tafsir- Al burhan
That is-
abul hasan amali wrote an Introduction, 592 pages big, I got that copy . But I can't find this in the 280th page!
While, this comment on Saad ibn Abi Waqqas(r.a.) is spread over so many websites, with the reference- [Muqddemah al-Burhan li abul hasan amali, pg 280]

Can anyone verify this or, can suggest, in which chapter of that introduction I can find and verify this?

Are you sure that your copy has the introduction? Some copies of the book don't include it.

Al-Burhan has many editions too.

yes bro,  there are several Introduction of Al-BUrhan fi tafsirul Quran. As like, some copies hold Intro by other SHia scholars.
But my copy contains the Introduction of Abul Hasan al-amali , the person whose quote about Sad(r.a.) is spread in so many websites and books(سعد بن ابي وقاص قارون هذة الامه)  , but I can't find it in the page as per said, or I don't know where to look!
