Allah said in Quran:

[16:24] And when it is said unto them: What hath your Lord revealed? they say: (Mere) fables of the men of old,

In Tafseer Foorat al-Koofi we read:

حدثنا محمد بن القاسم [ بن عبيد.أ، ب.قال: حدثنا الحسن بن جعفر قال: حدثنا أبوموسى المشرقاني قال: حدثنا عبدالله بن عبيد عن علي بن سعيد.ش ]: عن أبي حمزة الثمالي [ عن جعفر الصادق عليه السلام.أ، ر ] قال: قرأ جبرئيل [ عليه السلام.ب، ر ] على محمد صلى الله عليه وآله [ هذه الآية.أ، ش، ر ] هكذا: (وإذا قيل لهم ماذا أنزل ربكم) في علي (قالوا: أساطير الاولين).

"From Mohammad ibn Qassem [ibn Ubayd. Said: "It was narrated to me by Hasan ibn Jafar, from Abu Moosa Mashrooganee, from Abdullah ibn Ubayd, from Ali ibn Saed] from Abu Hamtha ath-Thoomalee [from Jafar as-Sadeeg (a.s)] which said: "Jibrayeel recited to Mohammad [this verse] in this form: "And when it is said unto them: What hath your Lord revealed (about Ali)? they say: (Mere) fables of the men of old"

Allah said in the Holy Qur'an:

2/90.Evil is that for which they have sold their souls-- that they should deny what Allah has revealed...

Muhammad Bakir Majlisi "Biharul anwar" 36/98

قال أبوجعفر عليه السلام : نزلت هذه الآية على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله هكذا : " بئسما اشتروا به أنفسهم أن يكفروا بما أنزل الله " في علي " بغيا "

"Abu Jafar (a.s) said: " That aya was revealed to rasulullah (SAW) like this: "Evil is that for which they have sold their souls-- that they should deny what Allah has revealed about Ali"

Allah said:

[4:166] But Allah bears witness by what He has revealed to you that He has revealed it with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness (also); and Allah is sufficient as a witness.

Fayz Kashani "Tafsir As Safi" vol 1, p 523
عن الصادق عليه السلام انما انزلت لكن الله يشهد بما أنزل اليك في علي في الآية

"From Sadig (a.s): "It was revealed "But Allah bears witness by what He has revealed to you about Ali in aya"

Also see "Bihar" 36/93
عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال : إنما نزلت : " لكن الله يشهد بما انزل إليك " في علي " أنزله بعلمه والملائكة يشهدون وكفى بالله شهيدا

"But Allah bears witness by what He has revealed to you "about Ali" that He has revealed it with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness (also); and Allah is sufficient as a witness".

Ali ibn Ibrahim Al Qummi clearly stated in his tafsir that this aya is corrupted:
" و أما ما هو محرف منه فهو قوله «لكن الله يشهد بما أنزل إليك في علي أنزله بعلمه و الملائكة يشهدون»
"And what about corrupted, it is: "But Allah bears witness by what He has revealed to you about Ali that He has revealed it with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness (also)"

Ali ibn Ibraheem al-Qoomi in his tafseer:

فالقرآن منه ناسخ، ومنه منسوخ، ومنه محكم، ومنه متشابه، ومنه عام، ومنه خاص، ومنه تقديم، ومنه تأخير، ومنه منقطع، ومنه معطوف، ومنه حرف مكان حرف، ومنه على خلاف ما انزل الله

Translation:
"Therefore, part of the Qur'an is an Abrogator and Abrogated, part is clear (Muhkam) and part is ambiguous (Mutashabih), part is in the general context, and part is particularized, part of it was placed forward and part is placed in the rear, part of it is severed and part of is connected, part of it is a letter in a place of another, and part of it is contrary to the manner revealed by Allah"

واما ما هو كان على خلاف ما انزل الله فهو قوله " كنتم خير امة اخرجت للناس تأمرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله(2) " فقال ابوعبدالله عليه السلام لقاري هذه الآية " خير امة " يقتلون امير المؤمنين والحسن والحسين بن علي عليه السلام؟ فقيل له وكيف نزلت يابن رسول الله؟ فقال انما نزلت " كنتم خير ائمة اخرجت للناس " الا ترى مدح الله لهم في آخر الآية " تأمرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله " ومثله آية قرئت على ابى عبدالله عليه السلام " الذين يقولون ربنا هب لنا من ازواجنا وذرياتنا قرة اعين واجعلنا للمتقين اماما(3) " فقال ابوعبدالله عليه السلام لقد سألوا الله عظيما ان يجعلهم للمتقين اماما فقيل له يابن رسول الله كيف نزلت؟ فقال انما نزلت " الذين يقولون ربنا هب لنا من ازواجنا وذرياتنا قرة اعين واجعل لنا من المتقين اماما "

Translation:
"And what about contradictions: “You are the best of the nations raised up for (the benefit of) men; you enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong and believe in Allah”. Abu Abdullah said to (a man) who read this: “The best of nations? Which killed amirulmomineen, and Hassan and Hussein bin Ali (a.s)? And it was said to him: “How it’s revealed o son of prophet?”. He replied: “You are the best of the imams raised up for (the benefit of) men”. Do you not see, how Allah praise them in other verse? “You enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong and believe in Allah”?
And the same situation, when in present of Abu Abdullah (someone) was reading: “And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil)”. And Abu Abdullah said: “And they asked Allah Sublime, to gave them imams from God-fearing”. And it was said to him: “How it’s revealed o son of prophet?”. He replied: “And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and gave us imams from God-fearing”.

واما ما هو محرف منه فهو قوله " لكن الله يشهد بما انزل اليك في على انزله بعلمه والملائكة يشهدون(5) " وقوله " يا ايها الرسول بلغ ما انزل اليك من ربك في على فان لم تفعل فما بلغت رسالته(6) " وقوله " ان الذين كفروا
وظلموا آل محمد حقهم لم يكن الله ليغفر لهم(1) " وقوله " وسيعلم الذين ظلموا آل محمد حقهم اي منقلب ينقلبون(2) " وقوله " ولو ترى الذين ظلموا آل محمد حقهم في غمرات الموت(3) "

Translation:
"And what about corruptions, that: “ (4/166) But Allah bears witness by what He has revealed to you about Ali, that He has revealed it with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness (also)” and “(5/67) O Messenger! deliver what bas been revealed to you from your Lord about Ali; and if you do it not, then you have not delivered His message” and “ (4/168) Surely (as for) those who disbelieve and act unjustly towards family of Mohammad, Allah will not forgive them nor guide them to a path”, and “(26/227) and they who act unjustly towards family of Mohammad, shall know to what final place of turning they shall turn back”, and “ (6/93) and if you had seen when the unjust towards family of Mohammad, shall be in the agonies of death”

Fayz Kashani in tafseer "As Safi":

المستفاد من جميع هذه الأخبار وغيرها من الروايات من طريق أهل البيت عليهم السلام إن القرآن الذي بين أظهرنا ليس بتمامه كما انزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بل منه ما هو خلاف ما أنز الله ومنه ما هو مغير ومحرف وإنه قد حذف عنه أشياء كثيرة منها اسم علي عليه السلام في كثير من المواضع ومنها غير ذلك وأنه ليس أيضا على الترتيب المرضي عند الله وعند رسوله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم .
وبه قال علي بن إبراهيم

Translation:
'It is clear from all of these traditions and quotations from the Family of the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) that the present Quran is not the complete Quran which was revealed to the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam). In fact, there are verses that contradict that which was revealed; verses that have been distorted and places where omissions have been made such as the names of Ali, the Family of Muhammad (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) and, on several occasions, there were the names of the hypocrites. Moreover, the present order of the Quran is not according to the preferred order of Allah and His Messenger. Ali ibn Ibrahim (a renowned commentator) also holds this opinion.' (Tafseer of Saafi: l:49)

And again Kashani "Tafsir as-safi" vol 1, p 52:

"As for (the opinion of) OUR SCHOLARS (may Allah be pleased with them (!!!)) on this topic, then what is obvious from Thiqatul Islam Muhammad bin Ya’kub AL-KULAYNI that he believed in the MANIPULATION AND LOSS in the QURAAN because he recorded narrations of this meaning in his book Al-Kafi without criticizing it at all, besides he mentioned at the beginning of his book that he trusted in what he had narrated and also (this applies to) his teacher Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Qummy (may Allah be pleased with him (!!!)) since his tafsir is full of that (manipulation of the Quraan) and he has some extremism on this topic and also Sheikh Ahmad bin Abi Talib Al-TABRASSI (may Allah be pleased with him (!!!)) since he followed these two (on this matter) exactly in his Al-Ihtijaj”

Kulayni. "Usool al-Kafy" vol. 2, Kitaab: Fadlul-Qur'an, narration #28:

"Ali b. al-Hakam from Hishaam b. Salim from Abu Abdullah [as] saying: Verily, the Qur'an which Gibril [as] came up with to Muhammad [saw] is 17,000 verses".

Majleese in "Mirat al uqool" said narration "muwathaq".

Nimatullah Al-Jazaeri, in his book Al-Anwar Al-Numania p.360-362 said that after Ali (r.a) collected Quran, he brought it to Caliphs and said to them:

"This is the book of Allah as revealed. So Umar Ibn Al-Khattab said to him: We have no need of you nor your Quran. We have a Quran writted by Usman. So Ali said to them: "You will not see it after this day , and none will see until my son the Mehdi emerges." In that Quran are many additions and it is free from alteration.."

Allah said:

[18:29] And say: The truth is from your Lord, so let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve; surely We have prepared for the iniquitous a fire, the curtains of which shall encompass them about; and if they cry for water, they shall be given water like molten brass which will scald their faces; evil the drink and ill the resting-place.

Fayz Kashani "As Safi" vol 3, p 241:

في الكافي عن الباقر عليه السلام نزل جبرئيل عليه السلام بهذه الآية هكذا وقل الحق من ربكم في ولاية علي عليه السلام فمن شاء فليؤمن ومن شاء فليكفر إنا اعتدنا للظالمين على آل محمد نارا

Translation:
"In Kafi narrated from Al Bagir (a.s): "Jibril (a.s)descend with this aya: "And say: The truth is from your Lord in vilayat of Ali , so let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve; surely We have prepared for the iniquitous to family of Muhammad a fire"

The same in "Bihar" 23/379:

قال : ونزل جبرئيل بهذا الآية هكذا : " وقل الحق من ربكم " في ولاية علي عليه السلام " فمن شاء فليؤمن ومن شاء فليكفر إنا أعتدنا للظالمين " آل محمد " نارا
And the narration in "Bihar" 24/226 from Abu Jafar. Just a little difference, in the end "for the iniquitous to rights of Muhammads famil a fire"
عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال : قوله تعالى : وقل الحق من ربكم في ولاية علي عليه السلام فمن شاء فيؤمن ومن شاء فيكفر إنا أعتدنا لظالمي آل محمد حقهم

Allah said:

(Furgan 50) And indeed We have distributed it (rain or water) amongst them in order that they may remember the Grace of Allah, but most men refuse and accept nothing but disbelief.

Muhammad Bakir Majlisi narrated in his book "Bihar ul anwar" 36/105
عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال : نزل جبرئيل بهذه الآية هكذا : " فأبى أكثر الناس " بولاية علي " إلا كفورا

Translation:
"From Abu Jafar (a.s): "Jibril (a.s)descend with this aya: "but most men refuse "vilayat of Ali" and accept nothing but disbelief "

"Safi" vol 3, p 216, by Fayz Kashani:
في الكافي والعياشي عن الباقر عليه السلام نزل جبرئيل بهذه الآية هكذا فأبى أكثر الناس بولاية علي عليه السلام إلا كفورا

Translation:
"In "Kafi" and (tafsir) Ayashi from Al Bagir: "Jibril (a.s)descend with this aya: "but most men refuse vilayat of Ali (a.s) and accept nothing but disbelief"

And also see "Bihar" 23/379
"فأبى أكثر الناس " بولاية علي " إلا كفورا

Allah said:
(2/23)"And if you are in doubt as to that which We have revealed to Our servant, then produce a chapter like it and call on your witnesses besides Allah if you are truthful. ".

The Rafidha say:
نزل جبرئيل بهذه الآية على محمد هكذا: وان كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا في على فأتوا بسورة من مثله

Translation:
"Jibril revealed to Muhammad with this aya in this way: "And if you are in doubt as to that which We have revealed to Our servant about Ali, then produce a chapter like it and call on your witnesses besides Allah if you are truthful".

Allah said:

[33:71] He will put your deeds into a right state for you, and forgive you your faults; and whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, he indeed achieves a mighty success.

The Rafidha say:
Muhammad.B.Majlisi "Biharul anwar" 23/301
عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام أنه قال : " من يطع الله ورسوله " في ولاية علي والائمة من بعده " فقد فاز فوزا عظيما "

Translation:
"From Abu Abdullah (a.s): " whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger"in vilayat of Ali and imams after him", he indeed achieves a mighty success"

And the same in "Al Kafi" by Kulayni vol 1, p 414:
عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام في قول الله عزوجل: " ومن يطع الله ورسوله (في ولاية علي [وولاية] الائمة من بعده) فقد فاز فوزا عظيما

Allah said:

[43:39] And it profiteth you not this day, because ye did wrong, that ye will be sharers in the doom.

The Rafidha say:
Allama Majlisi "Biharul anwar" 35/368
( لن ينفعكم اليوم إذ ظلمتم ) آل محمد حقهم( أنكم في العذاب مشتركون )

Translation:
"(And it profiteth you not this day, because ye did wrong) to rights of Muhammad's family, (that ye will be sharers in the doom)".

Bahranee in "Basair darajat" (vol 2, ch 17, printed in Tehran 1285 h) reported:

حدثنا علي بن محمد عن القاسم بن محمد بن سليمان بن داؤد عن يحيى بن أديم عن شريك عن جابر قال قال أبو جعفر: دعا رسول الله أصحابه بمنى فقال: يا أيها الناس إني تارك فيكم حرمات الله، كتاب الله وعترتي والكعبة، البيت الحرام، ثم قال أبو جعفر: أما كتاب الله فحرفوا، وأما الكعبة فهدموا، وأما العترة فاقتلوا، "

Translation:
"From Ali ibn Mohammad, Qaseem ibn Mohammad ibn Sulayman ibn Daud, Yahya ibn Adim, from Shareek, from Jabeer from Abu Jafar (a.s): "Prophet called his companion in Mina, and said: "I'm leaving for you the holy things: The book of Allah, members of my family, and holy Kaaba". Then Abu Jafar (a.s) said: "I see now: The book of Allah was tampered after the prophet, Kaaba was destroyed, and members of prophet's family were killed".

One narration, with little difference was reported by:

1) Majlisi in "Bihar ul anwar" 89/42-43:

في رواية أبي ذر الغفاري رضي الله عنه أنه لما توفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله جمع علي عليه السلام القرآن وجاء به إلى المهاجرين والانصار وعرضه عليهم كما قد أوصاه بذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم .
فلما فتحه أبوبكر خرج في أول صفحة فتحها فضائح القوم ، فوثب عمر وقال : يا علي اردده فلا حاجة لنا فيه ، فأخذه علي عليه السلام وانصرف ثم أحضروا زيد بن ثابت وكان قاريا للقرآن ، فقال له عمر : إن عليا جاءنا بالقرآن ، وفيه فضائح المهاجرين والانصار : وقد رأينا أن نؤلف القرآن ونسقط منه ما كان فيه فضيحة وهتك للمهاجرين والانصار ، فأجابه زيد إلى ذلك ثم قال : فان أنا فرغت من القرآن على ما سألتم وأظهر علي القرآن الذي ألفه أليس قد
بطل ما قد عملتم ؟ قال عمر : فما الحيلة ؟ قال زيد أنتم أعلم بالحيلة ، فقال عمر : ما حيلة دون أن نقتله ونستريح منه ، فدبر في قتله على يد خالدبن الوليد ، فلم يقدر على ذلك وقد مضى شرح ذلك فلما استخلف عمر سأل عليا عليه السلام أن يدفع إليهم القرآن فيحرفوه فيما بينهم ، فقال : يا أبا الحسن إن جئت بالقرآن الذي كنت جئت به إلى أبي بكر حتى نجتمع عليه ، فقال علي عليه السلام : هيهات ليس إلى ذلك سبيل إنما جئت به إلى أبي بكر لتقوم الحجة عليكم ولا تقولوا يوم القيامة إنا كنا عن هذا غافلين أو تقولوا ما جئتنا به ، إن القرآن الذي عندي لا يمسه إلا المطهرون والاوصياء من ولدي ، فقال عمر : فهل وقت لا ظهاره معلوم ؟ قال علي عليه السلام : نعم إذا اقام القائم من ولدي يظهره ويحمل الناس عليه فتجري السنة عليه

قال : وفي رواية أبي ذر الغفاري رضي الله عنه أنه لما توفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله جمع علي عليه السلام القرآن وجاء به إلى المهاجرين والأنصار وعرضه عليهم لما قد أوصاه بذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله فلما فتحه أبو بكر خرج في أول صفحة فتحها فضائح القوم فوثب عمر فقال : يا علي أردده فلا حاجة لنا فيه فأخذه علي عليه السلام وانصرف ثم احضر زيد بن ثابت وكان قارئا للقرآن فقال له عمر إن عليا عليه السلام جاءنا بالقرآن وفيه فضائح المهاجرين والأنصار ، وقد أردنا أن تؤلف لنا القرآن وتسقط منه ما كان فيه فضيحة وهتك للمهاجرين والأنصار . فأجابه زيد إلى ذلك ثم قال : فإن أنا فرغت من القرآن على ما سألتم وأظهر علي القرآن الذي ألفه أليس قد بطل كل ما قد عملتم . ثم قال عمر : فما الحيلة ؟ قال زيد : أنتم أعلم بالحيلة . فقال عمر : ما الحيلة دون أن نقتله ونستريح منه . فدبر في قتله على يد خالد بن الوليد فلم يقدر على ذلك وقد مضى شرح ذلك (1) ، فلما استخلف عمر سأل عليا أن يدفع إليهم القرآن فيحرفوه فيما بينهم . فقال : يا أبا الحسن إن كنت جئت به إلى أبي بكر فأت به إلينا حتى نجتمع عليه . فقال علي عليه السلام : هيهات ليس إلى ذلك سبيل إنما جئت به إلى أبي بكر لتقوم الحجة عليكم ولا
تقولوا يوم القيامة إنا كنا عن هذا غافلين أو تقولوا ما جئتنا به إن القرآن الذي عندي لا يمسه إلا المطهرون والأوصياء من ولدي فقال عمر فهل وقت لإظهاره معلوم ؟ قال علي عليه السلام : نعم إذا قام القائم من ولدي يظهره ويحمل الناس عليه فتجري السنة به

Translation:

"As it was reported from Abu Zarr al Gifaree: “When prophet died, Ali gathered Quran, and came to muhajeers and ansaars. He showed them Quran, as it was entrusted by prophet. When Abu Bakr opened it, he seen on the first page the things which disgracing them. Then Umar jump up and said: “Ali, take it away from here, we don’t need it”. Ali (a.s) took it, and left. After that they called for Zayd ibn Thaabit. He was one from the Quran reciters. Umar said to him: “Ali brought us Quran, with bad deeds of muhajeers and ansaars written in. We decided to write down Quran ourselves. So we can delete from it, the places which defame muhajeers and ansaars”. After gathering Quran, Zyd brought it to them and said: “If I will do all that u say. And he will show me his Quran. Then your intentions will perish?”. Umar asked: “So, what should we do with him?”
Zayd said: “U are better in plot against someone, that me”. Umar said: “We have no other choice than to kill him”. He decided to kill Ali, along with Khaleed ibn Waleed.
But Khaleed couldn’t do that. When Umar became caliph, he asked Ali (a.s) to bring Quran. They wanted to tamper it. Umar said: “O Abu Hasan! Bring us Quran. Which u showed to Abu Bakr, and we will gather around its ruling”. Ali (a.s) said: “No need for that already! I brought it to Abu Bakr, so there would be evidence against u in the dooms say, and can’t say: “we didn’t know”. My Quran, is Quran, which couldn’t be touched except Most-Pure offspring from my children, and wasees”. Umar asked: “Is time of his appearance is known?”. He (a.s) said: “Yes, it’s time when one man from my offspring will appear, and will bring Quran, and will raise humankind with it”.

Kamalutdin Meysam Bahranee in his "Sharhul nahjul balaga" 11/1, published in Tehran:

أنه جمع الناس على قراءة زيد بن ثابت خاصة وأحرق المصاحف، وأبطل ما لا شك أنه من القرآن المنزل

Translation:

"He (Uthmaan ibn Affan) called people to the recitation of Zayd ibn Thaabit, burned the rolls, and destroyed the real revealed Quran, without any doubt".

Hurr al Amili in "Wasael-ush shia" 6/163:

7631 ] 2 ـ وعن عدّة من أصحابنا ، عن سهل بن زياد ، عن محمّد بن سليمان ، عن بعض أصحابه ، عن أبي الحسن ( عليه السلام ) قال : قلت له : جعلت فداك إنّا نسمع الآيات من القران ليس هي عندنا كما نسمعها ، ولا نحسن أن نقرأها كما بلغنا عنكم ، فهل نأثم ؟ فقال : لا ، اقرؤا كما تعلّمتم فسيجيئكم من يعلّمكم.

Translation:
(With chain) it was said to Abu Hasan (a.s): "May i be sacrifice for you! We hear verses from Quran, which aren't like with us, and we can't read like you do". He said: "No! Read it, as you were teached, (the man) will come, who will teach you".

The same narration in "Kafi" vol 2, chapter أن القرآن يرفع كما أنزل

Aga Bozorg Tahranee said:
الظاهر من كلمات غيرهم من العلماء والمحدثين المتقدمين منهم والمتأخرين القول بالنقيصة كالكليني والبرقى، والعياشي والنعماني، وفرات بن ابراهيم، واحمد بن ابى طالب الطبرسي صاحب الاحتجاج والمجلسى، والسيد الجزائري، والحر العاملي، والعلامة الفتوني، والسيد البحراني
وقد تمسكوا في اثبات مذهبهم بالآيات والروايات التى لا يمكن الاغماض عنها

Translation:
"But from the words of other "mutakademin" and "mutakhereen" scholars, it seems like they say (that there is) admission (in Quran). As for example we can show: Kulayni, Bargi, Ayyashi, Noomanee, Furaat ibn Ibrahim, Ahmad ibn Abu Taleeb Tabarsi, Majleese, Saed Jazairi, Hurr Amili, Saed Bahranee. They tryed to proof their movement with such verse, and narrations, that it's impossible to close eyes on them".

Allah said:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ

[Shakir 66:9, 9:73] "O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites"

The Rafidha say:

Mulla Fayz Kashani in his book "Safee" 5/197:
عن الصادق عليه السلام إنه قرأ جاهد الكفار بالمنافقين

Majleese in "Bihar" 19/163:
روي عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام أنه قرأ " جاهد الكفار بالمنافقين "

Translation:
"From As Sadik (a.s), he read it in this way: "O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers with (help of) hypocrites"

Mulla Fayz Kashani in "Safee" 2/359:
في قراءة أهل البيت جاهد الكفار بالمنافقين

Sheikh Toosi in "Tibyan" vol 10 p52: and vol 5, p 260:
قراءة اهل البيت (جاهد الكفار بالمنافقين)

Translation:
"In the reading of ahlel-bayt: "O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers with (help of) hypocrites".

Kulayni "Kafi" vol 1, p 417:
26 - وبهذا الاسناد، عن محمد بن سنان، عن عمار بن مروان، عن منخل، عن جابر، قال: نزل جبرئيل عليه السلام بهذه الآية على محمد هكذا: " وإن كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا (في علي) فأتوا بسورة من مثله(3) ".

Translation:
"Jibril descend with this verse on Mohammad in this way: "And if you are in doubt as to that which We have revealed to Our servant (about Ali), then produce a chapter like it" (Quran 2:23)
