Actually, I don't know, to mention them as slave or not...
Rayhana bint Sham'un(r.a.) was a captive from Banu Qurayza. She was freed later and lived as a Muslimah
Mariya al-Qibtiyya(r.a.) was gifted to Rasulullah(s.a.w.) from the rulers of Egypt.

They were founded as Slave by Prophet(s.a.w.) that's for sure, but there are some info which tell that he married Rayhana(r.a.) etc.
MAybe that's why they are not called Ummul MU'minin.
