" no Ahlulbayt in isnad of sunni "
« on: March 18, 2016, 07:19:11 PM »
What can we respond to this claim?

One friend said me " When hadith are from Ahlou Lbayt ( especially among Tabirine ) it was not accepted by sunni scholars"

Barak'Allah ou fikoume.

Ludicrous claim. We see Ali ibn al-Hussayn, Ja'far as-Sadiq and Muhammad al-Baqir many times in our sanads

Zayd bin Ali and Muhammad Al Baqir are considered Thiqah in Sunni Rijal.

Barak'Allah ou fik.

I didn't know.

Abou Hourayra narrated that the messenger saws said:

"“There will come to the people years
of treachery (...) the Ruwaibidhah will decide matters.”
It was said

 'Who are the Ruwaibidhah?'

The Prophet replied:

 “Vile and
ignorant men who will speak in the affairs of the people.”

Salam.

Can you respond.

Shia they say "among sahaba there is few hadith from Ahlou Lbayt."

But Ibn Abbas is one of the sahaba who reported lot of Hadith. almost like Abou Hourayra.

My question is "Why they don't recognize Ibn Abbas like an Ahlou bayte" ? ? ??

I have never undestood that

Salam aleykum,
ironically with shia understanding  Allah made only 4 people to ahlulbayt (hadith al-kissa) !

So who made the other Imams to ahlulbayt?

Until today i could not find any authentic shia tradition from our Prophet Muhammed(saaws)!?

The dilemma of who's Ahlulbayt and who's not is really only a smaller part in the huge inconsistency of Twelver reverence of Ahlulbayt. This is because they neglect the fact that if they are going to continue to say that 9 generations of al-Husayn's descendants are Ahlulbayt and revere all the progeny of that line then there's no real argument as to why al-Hasan's progeny aren't given the same reverence.
