Regarding 58:23

هُوَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْمَلِكُ الْقُدُّوسُ السَّلَامُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمُهَيْمِنُ الْعَزِيزُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمُتَكَبِّرُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ | He is Allah—there is no god except Him—the Sovereign/King, the All-holy, the All-Peace, the Securer, the All-conserver, the All-mighty, the All-compeller, and the All-magnanimous. Clear is Allah of any partners that they may ascribe [to Him]! | Al-Hashr : 23

Another way to translate it:

He is God, there is no God but Him, the Holy King, The Peace, The Securer, the Preserver/Guardian, The Honorable/Mighty, The Compeller, the Magnified, Glorified is God from what they associate.

So we see God the Holy King. Why would he take Authority, it's because he is the Peace, and such seeks to secure it in the land, and preserves his creation and is mighty, the next title is is definitely linked to Islam with the title, "The Compeller".

People sometimes argue against Islam and are saying God is not forcing people to views, would not do that, lets them decide, but we see wisdom here of God being the True king, because he needs to secure his creation from harming each other, and creating chaos on earth that cannot be repaired. And such he compels them to obey him and take him as the holy King and true King, as a means of acquiring inner peace, but also religion wise, collectively, wants them as a community, coming together, to secure the land from havoc of evil humans and Jinn. This is the only way he can preserve human honor and dignity and hence does not want us all doing decisions and learning from it. He wants peace on earth, not to learn by causing havoc, that we did things wrong.

All security and peace, is due to his forces repelling evil forces.

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ | When they are told, ‘Do not cause havoc in the earth,’ they say, ‘We are only reformers/setters aright/peace makers!’ | Al-Baqara : 11
أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | Behold! They are themselves the agents of havoc, but they do not perceive. | Al-Baqara : 12
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | And when they are told, ‘Believe like the people who have believed,’ they say, ‘Shall we believe like the fools who have believed?’ Behold! They are themselves the fools, but they do not know. | Al-Baqara : 13

فَهَزَمُوهُمْ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَقَتَلَ دَاوُودُ جَالُوتَ وَآتَاهُ اللَّهُ الْمُلْكَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهُ مِمَّا يَشَاءُ ۗ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَفَسَدَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ | Thus they routed them with Allah’s will, and David killed Goliath, and Allah gave him kingdom and wisdom and taught him whatever He liked. Were it not for Allah’s repelling the people, some of them by some, the earth would surely have been corrupted/in a state of havoc; but Allah is gracious to the worlds | Al-Baqara : 251

الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ۗ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا ۗ وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ | —those who were expelled from their homes unjustly, only because they said, ‘Allah is our Lord.’ Were it not for Allah’s repelling the people, some of them by some; ruin would have befallen the monasteries, churches, synagogues and mosques in which Allah’s Name is much remembered. Allah will surely help those who help Him. Indeed Allah is all-strong, all-mighty. | Al-Hajj : 40

الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ | Those who, if We granted them power in the land, will maintain the prayer, give the zakat, bid what is right and forbid what is wrong. And with Allah rests the outcome of all matters. | Al-Hajj : 41

وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ إِلَّا تَفْعَلُوهُ تَكُنْ فِتْنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيرٌ | As for the faithless, some of them are awlya of others (of them). Unless you do it, there will be strife in the land and great havoc. | Al-Anfaal : 73

لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَنْزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ النَّاسُ بِالْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنْزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ وَرُسُلَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ | Certainly We sent Our apostles with manifest proofs, and We sent down with them the Book and the Balance, so that mankind may maintain justice; and We sent down iron, in which there is great might and uses for mankind, and so that Allah may know those who help Him and His apostles by the Unseen/Hidden. Indeed Allah is all-strong, all-mighty. | Al-Hadid : 25

Thus we see the title of God "Al-Momin" is linked to why he has made himself a King to humans. And we see same wisdom of why he would appoint kings on his behalf in order to establish security and peace in the land as well as in the souls.

Both are implied as Allah (swt) wants souls to be at peace and hence will guide him towards himself and secure them from deviation, but also, that Allah (swt) wants security and peace in the land, and his light and religion is necessary for that.

This needs to be said. To understand why oneness of God is needed also needs us to understand the name of God. The difference between name and titles of God, is that the name is selected uniquely to represent God. But out of all titles in all languages, there is no one to select, since God existed before all languages came to be. There is also different variations of the word God, in English it's more about revering, while in Arabic, it includes that but is more about who your heart is loving and attached to to the extent of being enslaved to.

But the name of God is a parable, it's not really an actual name. It's a metaphor, for his face, for his image, for his word of light brought to life.

To understand how God creates his name and how it is linked back to him, takes many years of study, but you won't understand it or begin to I should say, unless you give those who are instances of that name and holy reality, explain it. You also need to give holy books a chance.

This is because that is the greatest sign of God, the reminder, the great tiding Quran reminds of and conveys, the station of the Guide and leader of the time.

As this leader is light that is connected to all things and is with all things, the truth of absolute being he points to, needs some illumination to the reality he is and the reality he is linked to.

God is proof that the Imam is truth, but the Imam is also a proof that God is truth, together, they are one proof proving each other at the same time.

The order of the universe, if not one God, cannot be guaranteed to be on truth. In fact, it is inevitable if there was no absolute being, that the gods due to free-will, some deviate, and even can be argued without an absolute guider and source of guidance, all will mix falsehood with truth and corruption would take place in all of them. In fact, even this statement is not just, because rather there would be no truth to deviate from and no truth to build upon as far the unseen world goes.

The world then would be created in this case, by limited beings who can be good or evil or mix. Each one or group would call to themselves, but none of them would have proof to the truth.

This would mean for all we know, we can be put in hell forever, by evil beings who think they are good, and have the power over the universe.

There is also no guarantee of good triumphing over evil or justice at the end.

Every set of type of view (which is inevitably misguided without an absolute judge), has no guarantee of truth, as there is no absolute judgment or truth.

This would create a universe where powerful beings might judge humans in a wrong way.

In fact, we have no real who we are in this case, nor the gods, nor the Angels nor whatever you want to call them, it's vision based on subjective views.

The universe all together would be in a state of corruption without God. There is no true vision to who each thing is, no witness who sees things exactly as they are through absolute truth.

There is no source of truth and ultimate light.

And even value of what we are and who we are, would have no basis.

It would be all an illusion and even afterlife would be in the hands of beings who's value and judgment of themselves and others has no basis, but is baseless.

The Quran tackles polytheism by the following ways:

If Absolute being

If there is an absolute being, there is nothing compared to him, hence the highest word of honor should be for him, and hence only God (semantic issue of not equating with God in worship).
If there would be any gods with the absolute being, it would be his chosen servants he has chosen, but he's far exalted above being compared with anyone.

If those who they worshiped from Jinn were exalted they would be angels

If those they worshipped from Jinn were real and truly exalted as they say, they would be Angels, servants like ourselves, but not gods.
They would not control intercession for us, but intercession would occur by God's permission, command and God being the true intercessor and decider in all that.
All help spiritually and sustenance from unseen would not come from them directly by them deciding but per God's command and will and permission.

Many Angels intercede but can't avail those on earth except by God permission

If there were gods (more then one)

There would be no absolute being guiding them and being the source of their truth, sustenance, and power so they divided beings of different ranks, some over others, and disagreement between them would surely take place because there is no truth.
The judgment would not have absolute reality, and all paths would not have a direction, and so things would be in a state of corruption rather then God's sustenance truth way as it is now
The powers would not be from absolute source and things would be in disarray and the heaven and earth would be in a state of corruption as a result

The Titles and names given by them don't have reality

They can't title and tell the roles of their gods and don't know the subtle of unseen, and so it's conjecture about unseen world and order

Don't have proof for their authority and chosen status

Take away all the impossibility arguments, they would require proof of their chosen status and being chosen by God, but they have none. There exists no clear proof of them being gods and proof is required for truthful truth seekers.

It's upon God to choose not humans

Along with that, is the argument, spirituality and unseen path is sacred, and authorities whether a person saying they represent the gods or unseen entities claiming to represent the truth, they must be chosen from God and not from people choosing who to trust without proof. This is similar to the above point, except with emphasis, that they would be chosen by God if there would be gods or those who channel their will.

It's Jinn not Angels

Then comes the notion they are not Angels, but Jinn who are misguided from the path that most are worshipers and believers of.

It's Devils lead by Iblis

The Arabs were worshiping Iblis and satanic forces from Jinn in reality, and so they aren't Angels, and not even enlightened jinn, but rebellious forces against God.

Divination

An act of Satan to be avoided.

Plans of Shayateen and the plan of their Awliya

They will plan a plan but God's plan will take that account, and there is different end results, but in no way will he give them a way and power over believers and at the time of peril will come to their aid.

Devils from Jinn have friends from humans and always opposing Prophets

The killer of Yahya, the king that killed him, gave Yahya head to a prostitute while the skies cried blood!

Magic is a trial

Can be used from good if we believe in the chosen kings having power from God such as Harut and Marut (peace be upon these two kings) and use our power through God's sustenance and power through his channeling light and power, for good.

Or we can learn skills and use it for bad, in this case, our powers will stem from the cursed tree of Devils.

Magic is an intense trial, if one wants to annul the poisons out there, and cure them, and unknot the locks and knots, and untie what is tied, best to be learned under a guide and king appointed by God, not go to every person claiming to be able to teach us the unseen arts.

Shayateen teach magic, but at a cost for the soul.

Benefits of Jinn and humans from one another

Lastly Quran does not deny there are benefits and pleasures that come about from this but the benefits are not spiritually "good", but rather for pleasure, influence, and powers that are used for Dunya as oppose to getting closer to God.

If these were truly gods, they should be able to take away power from the owner of the throne

Mohammad (s) miracles showed overwhelming unmatched power, and none of the gods of Arabs were able to match his miracles, and he brought an example, when the human is about to die, and it dies, let them bring it back if they are truthful, but they can't even do that, let alone the miracle Mohammad (s) pulled in that respect and more. They had no authority but God has it, and permitted Mohammad (s) to perform the miracle and taunted the opposition to do similar if they were truthful about Mohammad (s) being a sorcerer.

Woof that was long, there is more to be said and Quran elaborates more, and has more arguments, but this is what I remember on top of my head.

Beautiful poem! You talk for me, and probably many other people, there also!
Salam

Repentance themes are my favorite type of poems.

This one was from a while back:

As the Darkness consumes my soul

Dark deeds opened enough gate ways
By which devils wrecked havoc in our soul
The barriers of protection began to break
But through his name
His name which is his word of light brought to life

We remembered
Remembered there in the moments of peril
The one who is the intimate of every lonely stranger
The refuge of every abandoned outcast
The friend of who has no friends
The beloved of those who free their hearts from attachment to what is vain

The heart didn't lose it's beat
But began to fight
Cutting off all other then him
And ready to do battle once more
by the sword of God
Which is his name

Oh God - our shameless sins have distanced us from you
But remembrance of your love and grace has attached us closer to you
We disobeyed and were unjust in our relationship to you

Oh God - as the darkness began to consume
As the soul began to rebel
As the imagination began to search for doubts
And as the chaotic whispers began to create whirlwinds destroying the foundations of who I am

I remembered you therein
As the best helper
So be there
Be there in the hardship
In the intense trial
And help me fight the devils
And win my soul back once and for all

I am the one who was insolent to the Lord of the great throne
I am the one who betrayed your chosen Kings and Guides
I am the one who ruined your favors and turned away from your blessings
I am the one who disobeyed the Guiding Master
I am the one who showed boldness to the Creator of the Universe

Your stars in this sky of this world have not dimmed yet in my soul
I remember the family of the reminder
The recipients of your lights
And awaken to the magic world and sky that connects us all
By the mystic link we are all bound

Oh God Gog and Magog oppress the believers
And cause mischief in the land
They have misguided so many
And turn so many to disbelievers
They plan and you plan
And you are the best of planners
So join me part of your plan
And let me see in the family of Mohammad what they hope
And in their enemies what they fear

Oh God destroy the oppressors
And relieve the oppressed
Like you did in the past
And hasten the deliverance of your people and friends
And hasten the victory and let me be part of it, be my part small or big
Let me be contribute to your victory

My tears are from fear
Thinking of the consequences of ignoring the plight of the oppressed
Wasting my life away in your displeasure
And as the darkness gain sway in me
So does the propaganda of the dark ones gain sway
And here I am
Having done nothing for your service
Yet in irrationally deluding myself heaven is mine

Oh God
If you destroy me I am well deserving of that
And if you deliver me and bring me in the fold of your grace
Then how many times have you done that before
To servants who were even worse states then me
But they turned to you calling you and hoping in you

Oh God
How many servants when the fire of passions
Became high decided to leave your path
But I beg you
As the passions and those animal fires wreak havoc in my soul
To not let me abandon your path of guidance
And lead me back to the pond of your Prophet
And make me die on the creed of Mohamad
The beloved doctor of my heart
And save me through the love of Ali I have so fought for
And hold on to in the darkest moment of peril

No more evil deeds
I am sick of them
My Lord
Free me of them all

I have nothing
Neither this world
Nor the next
Nor You
But Here I am praying
I am asking
I am holding to your handhold in this moment of peril

Make me one who devotes his life to you
And not waste in extravagance and pleasures that will disappear
But rather make me strive in your path
And let me be guided by the means you guide who you guide

As the darkness begins to consume
Trying to make beautiful what is ugly
And make ugly what is beautiful
Confuse me from right and wrong
And seek to make murky what you clarified to me
As the desires call to rebellion
I see my soul crashing away from your straight path
So here I am calling you
Seeking your Help

Give me power from your holy spirit
And Save me by it

Imamah-Ghaybah / Re: Philosophy of Ghayba in Quran.

Simple and Complicated

The religion of God is both simple and complex. Manifest and hidden. Both.

At the simplest form, it means guidance will come from God. In some form. That abstractly, it; is upon God to guide the way. This means there will be a religion from God in some form of guidance.  Much of Quran is arguing just that without even emphasizing on the details. Quran is multilayered in guidance, but the importance is we see how Quran goes into details of what this guidance is as well.

Now the details includes that God sends books through his Anbiya. Some people believe all we need is books from God particularly the Quran.

However, a detail analysis of Quran shows that is not enough.  In fact, the Quran is reminding of higher reality, that higher reality it reminds of is said both to be in ahadith Mohammad (S) and Ali (a) as well sometimes referred to as Welayat.

Unseen guidance is important, but if that's all Quran emphasized on, it would be similar to soothsaying religions where they contact unseen guides and entities with no proof and we are the mercy at people claiming to represent the higher unseen guides/angels/gods (there is only one God, but many term/ed them as gods).

Occultation has both a simple and complex explanation

The simple explanation is that God wants to reveal and send with signs in form of miracles at all times, but when first generations after the founder deny, they complicate the situation till God is prevented from sending signs for a reason.

That reason whatever it is, is not due to God not wanting to manifest the leader and show miracles, but that the situation, has caused it better for signs and miracles and the leader to become hidden.

Miracles as part of Complicated Explanation of occultation

There is one why such a manifest guide disappears from one angle, and then there is also why a hidden guide stays.

The reason why a hidden guide stays is because signs in form of miracles and guidance from a leader from God are meant to happen for believers and as a reward of praying to God frequently with hope and expectation of this guidance.

The unseen light guidance is not a sufficient explanation because he could have made Imam Mahdi (a) just ascend to sky like Isa (a) but kept him on earth. The same is true of the reason of why God Elyas (a) is emphasized in the Gospels, it's because he took on the position of hidden guide and holy spirit leader during period between Isa (a) and Mohammad (s).

You can overcomplicate but the simplest explanation is that he meets believers eventually in some way and will show them eventually the miracles and increase them in signs.

In fact, it maybe sorcerers deviating like the Pharaoh opposing Musa (a) also see such signs but deny them all, as is the case of Iblis. Seeing either the performer of miracles as a sorcerer or possessed.

In fact, there maybe an army of friends of God that perform these miracles in this age, like the companion of Sulaiman (a). I know new age people who believe miracles are not signs and can be from dark evil sorcerers, and I know neo age type spirituality/religion that emphasize that Mohammad (s) was a sorcerer, same with Isa (a), same with Musa (a).

I've even heard testimony from such people that they witnessed such miracles from "evil" people and hence don't see them as signs. This maybe that friends taught by Imam Mahdi (A) like companion of Sulaiman (a) do such miracles and it's a sign of authority of God and a trial of who is thankful and who is not, for God's power in his friends from the Imam of time.

I'm saying in all this, even polytheistic new age pagans/wiccans many of them witness Imam Mahdi (a) miracles or one of his friends miracles, but oppose them. This is while Shia and Sunnis are bickering - there is a whole war being wage in unseen battle of who God's friends are in reality.

Part of the reason why afflictions have no amounted to the highest degree they can, is because of these friends of God, who put the enemies of God in their place and cause them to fear. We don't know everything behind the scenes, but magic of two types are going at it for sure, one truly powerful from God and another amounting to nothing but psychic illusions and spiritual call type afflictions from the dark sorcerers and their psychic calling which is but huffing and puffing. But have so much of it confirmed with propaganda and it seems the dark magic has overwhelmed the masses and blinded them.

Miracles are meant to say, and this why we say "O son of the Mujazatal Majwooda", the miracles are all acts of the Imam of time, whether Sulaiman (a) through his companion given knowledge of the book or Imam Mahdi (a) now waging war against the occult Magog who are followers of Gog through is friends.

It's sad that many Wiccans witness the Imam Mahdi (a) and fear his power and call him dark magic, but Muslims are unaware of the unseen battle, and can't even see that miracles are very important in Quran as on going way towards increasing certainty upon certainty.

Simon (a) and WF

That said, we need government and yes Imams from God are ideal for government. But Islam provided the solution in Quran for when there is occultation and ahadith emphasize on Simon (a) who is not a chosen leader from God, but never the less, appointed by Isa (a) and approved and supported by believers including the disciples.

Simon (a) is not alone, rejecting him is rejecting the disciples, the disciples where how God revealed the Gospels through Isa (a) to humanity. So rejecting them amounts to disbelieving in the Gospel.

Same with friends of God in this age.

That said, the church went astray when people worshiped the scholars and didn't hold them accountable and blindly followed them. This is where we need to be careful.

So in one sense Elyas (a) inherited the staff of Musa (a) ring of Sulaiman (a) and handed all that to Mohammad (s) and was the successor of Isa (a) was well his predecessor (since Elyas (a) was first before Isa (a) but came back down to take this role).

Another sense in practical social and political and religious need, it was Simon (a) who was successor. Quran emphasizes on Elyas (a) but ahadith on Simon (A). This is a calculation to keep guidance clear.

Simon (a) is foundation rock of Isa (a)

Islam is sacred and needs helpers. Even with Imams of Bani-Israel and revealed books with them, they could not win without enough supporters. It gets more complicated for sure, when Isa (a) disappears, but this where friends of God such as Simon (a) have to fill that void without overstepping their roles. The Quran limits the amount of Captains of Bani-Israel through covenant of Musa (a) to be Twelve. These are the ones God wanted them to follow and hold on to and picked and raised himself.  However, Quran shows true sages and scholars played a role in whatever guidance and judgment of God was to be implemented and they had a role in safeguarding the religion as well.

Khomeini (q) and Khamanei (h) are a foundation of Imam Mahdi (a) for sure in this age.  It does not meant they are right in everything they teach and say, but it means, they are a truthful foundation for believers to rally on and they are even more important than Simon (a) in this age.

This is not a permanent solution but just a way to carry enough of the flag through tribulations till Imam (a) returns and way to pave way for his return.

The number Twelve in Quran

If you acknowledge Ahlulbayt in this time, and in the past, and in all times, but don't see the emphasis of the number Twelve in this respect in Quran, you are simply doing it wrong.  Quran mentions everything significantly and calculatedly.  Sunnis want to downplay every verse which most of the Quran is devoted to explaining, about the importance of succession of not just one but many people to the founders such as Musa (a) and Mohammad (s).  They want to ignore the concept of Ahlulbayt in Quran almost all together.  It's similar for those who want to make up their own Ahlulbayt. They don't look to Quran to explain how God is going to provide clear proof for the proper Ahlulbayt and make it clear. The clarification lies in the number twelve.

The sacred acornyms - 14 of them

There are 14 of these.  This is not a coincidence. Each one of them if you understand the life of the Imam of that time, you will understand which one the sacred acornym refers to. It's also aside from Surahs a very subtle yet majestic way of organizing and dividing Quran. It can be said Quran is made "upright books" that are Imams of Ahlulbayt (a). This way of dividing Quran is very beyond human capability. Not only is it too much of coincidence but when you understand the content of the Surahs under each jurisdiction - and the emphasis and style of them, you will understand a miracle of how it compliments understanding each mission of the Imams of Ahlulbayt (A) especially if things go haywire and wrong and the people turn on their backs and oppose them.

This is one of the signs that Ahlulbayt (a) are from God and Quran is from God, but you have to really pay attention and reflect.

The long delay

The inevitable reality (Al-Haqah) warned about is because God doesn't want to do with the world over all in the way he dealt with Ad and Thamood.

Contrary to what Shiites emphasize on, we don't know. We don't know if when Imam Mahdi (a) comes, will it be a mercy as Nuh (a) was originally meant as a relief, or it will become God's implementation of the warnings and wrath, with few believers.

God is delaying for perhaps people will awaken and strive and change the situation so that the world is prepared as much as possible for the Mahdi (a).

Because we know it was not the fault of Nuh (a) that his people were drowned nor God.

So we are trying to change the situation,.  The long delay is a mercy, but if disbelievers push God to action by oppressing believers and putting them in a very dire situation, it's upon God to deliver the believers and Mahdi (a) may appear in unfavorable situation for the world in this situation.

This is why we should not want to become victims but strive to defend ourselves, not be prosecuted or oppressed, and we need to severely warn disbelievers, that the consequences will be dire if they oppress believers and force God to deliver the believers from them, as that is a binding promise on him and a right he has given believers upon himself.

The Clarification to Ahlulbayt in Sunnah

There are many ahadith talking about the naming of all Twelve Successors from Mohammad (s). These are way more numerous, authentic in chain, and rational, then the few people quote about the little known nass among Shiite type ahadith.

In this matter, we have to hold on to what is clear over what is unclear. God always provides clear proof, and so we have to believe that Mohammad (s) clarified this matter with utmost clarification.

That clarification is in the naming of the Imams (a).
18
Can "god's guidance" be more obscure?

The Quran talks about Jews saying their hearts were heedless and they couldn't recognize Mohammad (s) in a clear manner.

However, Quran, shows the hardening of hearts and their evil resulted in a curse that their lack of faith made what is otherwise very apparent and clear, unclear to them.

However, per Imam Ali (a), Allah (swt) for example, states "peace be upon the family of Yaseen" as opposed to Mohammad (s) even though contextually the Surah before shows it to mean Mohammad (s), because other past books were corrupted.

So Quran is a middle ground in clarity, it's clear, but it leaves room for misinterpretation.

The reason was this was part of how God wanted to protect the Quran from alteration.

No it doesn’t your just dancing on assumptions it’s repetitive and boring, look how ridiculously you are assuming it’s ahlu baith honestly just ridiculous your posts are worth nothing if this is your answer general authority in Quran hyper stretching its meaning to “divine family” authority that can raise the dead and move atoms.

Honestly am done.

Do you believe there is a proper context to Ulil-Amr? Or do you believe it's isolated with no relationship to before and after nor the Quran over all?

Salam

I realize without Imams of Ahlulbayt (a), most of the emphasis of Quran on chosen ones and they coming in groups/families, would not make sense.

The emphasis on Haroun (a) does not make sense without Ali (a).

People saying otherwise won't to escape God's light in the present and make Quran into a book of mere stories.
