Saudia Arabia stands against Shi'ite rebels

Bismisllah irrahman irrahim

Saudi Arabia and a coalition of regional allies have launched a military operation in Yemen against the Houthi rebels, who deposed the US-backed Yemeni president last month.

Adel al-Jubair, Saudi ambassador to the US, said on Wednesday that a coalition consisting of 10 countries, including the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), had begun airstrikes at 7pm Eastern time.

"The operation is to defend and support the legitimate government of Yemen and prevent the radical Houthi movement from taking over the country," Jubair told reporters in Washington.

The Houthi-run health ministry in Sanaa said that at least 18 civilians were killed and 24 others were wounded in the Saudi-led airstrikes on the capital.

Huge explosions were heard in Sanaa as strikes hit an airbase at Sanaa airport and other locations in the capital, an AFP correspondent reported.

Strikes were also reported on targets in the Malaheez and Hafr Sufyan regions of Saada province, a main Houthi stronghold on the border with Saudi Arabia.

Rafidhi hate against Saudis is on the peak at the moment.

They justify Iran's & Lebanese Hezbollah involvement in Syria by aiding the apostate Assad but they are not willing to tolerate Saudi aid to Mansour Hadi. double standards ehh?

Good, but dont forget those in Syria who have been asking for air support for years to no avail. Bashar wont last long with air bombing.

Excuse me, well what the hell do you expect??? The Saudis don't have the nerve to stand uo against the Mushriks and or Kafirs. What else can they do and are capable of???

They stood by and watched when Iraq was invaded and the Ahle Sunnah governent (Saddam) in Iraq was over thrown.

They also stood by and watched when  Afghanistan was invaded and the Ahle Sunnah government (Taliban) was over thrown.

This is the Saudis for you and we wont see you mentioning and reporting this. I wonder why, when this should be a major concern for you.

Brother Furkan sounds like he's just been hit by something hard. As for you brother Hadrami, you didn't comment on my post. But I will comment on yours.

The Saudis won't take on the Syrian regime because they are scared out of their witts of the Russians!

There's your answer!

Well, Iran shouldn't bother with Yemen, so Saudi's won't either.

Just as America and Britain are Saudi's back up and the militia fighting against Assad. The Saudis were afraid of Saddam, so they asked the Americans to get rid of him. The Saudis also feel threatened by Syria and Iran. This is why they're doing their best to get rid of Assad and to destabilise Iran.

The Saudis need to get their act together and stand by the Muslims. They don't care if it is Iran or Syria, just as they didn't care if it was Afghanistan, Palestine or Iraq. They are not Ahle Sunnah and they certainly don't care about the Ahle Sunnah.

The differences between us is that we don't defend Saudi's injustices while you defend Irans.  The only reason?  Because you guys are the same sect

Which Muslim country did Syria and or Iran help the Russians invade??? Which Muslim country did  Iran and Syria feel threatened by and asked the Russians to invade and remove that countries regime??? Or have they said to the Russians that "Saudi is a snake and the snakes head needs to be removed"???

Come on man, who's really childish, you or me??? Saudi did a ten billion dollar arms deal with America. Saudi has always spoken against Iran and Syria. It has never bothered with its own, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine. How Saudi treated them and turned their back on them, you clearly know.

Brothers you need to calm down and keep your personal grudge out of it. Talk about reality and facts.

You gentlemen see every situation through the Anti Shia perspective. The Saudis felt threatened by Saddam and his regime. They supported him heavily through the Iran and Iraq war.

Was Saddam Shia??? Or be he converted towards Shiaism. The Saudis feared Saddam and couldn't deal with him on his own. They seeked American help. Why??? Not because Saddam was a threat to Saudia but he became a threat to Israel. What was the Saudi stance then???

You clearly know where Saudi stands and I don't see any criticsm towards the Saudis, never mind about starting a thread on Saudia.

Gentlemen it's got nothing to do with political stance or changes but it has to do with Muslim unity. This is something you and certain, but in fact many Muslim governments don't understand. Saudi Arabia doesn't give a damn.

America and its allies have always been trying to change the middle east. They want to reshape it according to their desires. And the excuse they use is regime change.

This is what Saudi Arabia and the Arab puppets need to understand. But they do. They just don't give a damn.

The Russians are not backers and aiders of Iran and Syria or anyone else. They just stepped forward because they are sick and tired of American interference and intervention in the middle east and surrounding areas.

Look what they did to Afgjanistan, Iraq, Libiya and to mention their policy on palestine.
